Organization of practical training courses for economic operators in agricultural education in Romania

The organization of practical training courses for economic operators in agricultural education in Romania is a study carried out by the Kynetec company for the Romanian Center for European Policies. The study had as its research theme the way in which practical training is carried out for economic operators in agricultural education in Romania.

 

Through a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods, the diagnosis of the initiation, organization and implementation of internships was made from the perspective of high schools, students and economic operators; the experiences of some students were explored and the factors that influence companies in taking on students in these internships were analyzed.
