The program provides two-year capacity building support for three young foundations (Buzău, Banatul Montan & Vâlcea) plus matching funds, while the Federation of Community Foundations delivers ongoing technical assistance, training, and networking services to all 16 member foundations to strengthen Romania’s community foundations movement.
