Oleg Moraru

Oleg Moraru oversees RAF’s Rural Economy programs and the Program-Related Investments (PRI). Prior to joining RAF, Oleg was the CEO of Goodbee Credit IFN, a member of Erste Group, specialized in microlending and social impact.

He has worked for Patria Credit for over a decade, initially as a Credit Manager, advancing to  Network Manager and then to CEO. His expertise includes microlending, business development, credit risk, training.

Prior to his work at Patria, Oleg worked as a Regional Consultant, Credit Manager and Manager for the German-Romanian Fund, a program financed by KfW through the Ministry of Finance, and as Head of Small Business Banking for Bancpost.

Oleg Moraru graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and holds an Master’s degree in management – Approach and Development Strategies of the SME.
