Joyce S. Kline

Joyce Kline is Accenture’s North America Aerospace & Defense Digital Lead and the North America High Tech Analytics Lead.  Joyce has been helping clients define their digital capabilities across the extended enterprise, including how to become data driven enterprises, how to derive benefits from connected solutions, how to develop predictive analytics capabilities, how to spark innovation, and how to embark on a digital transformation.  Annually, Joyce represents Accenture at the International Air Shows where she has been instrumental in establishing Accenture’s Digital Showcase.

Prior to her current role, Joyce worked with a number of Aerospace & Defense clients on various supply chain, customer service, and aftermarket projects.  During the 20+ years with Accenture, Joyce has worked with Aerospace & Defense and High Tech clients to drive business transformation initiatives, growth, and operational improvements.

Prior to joining Accenture, Joyce was employed at four different GE businesses and held various positions in manufacturing, sourcing and quality.  Joyce holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.  Joyce is based in Boston, MA.
