Bogdan Giurginca

Bogdan Giurginca serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Romanian-American Foundation. Mr. Giurginca has worked with the Romanian-American Enterprise Fund (RAEF) since its 1995 Bucharest inception and is responsible for the management of the financial and accounting operations of both the U.S. corporation and the Romanian subsidiary. Prior to joining the RAEF, Mr. Giurginca was an associate professor and researcher on Microeconomics, Financial Management and Health Economics within the New York University and worked for the World Bank Decentralization Project of the Romanian Health System, providing financial assistance on economic evaluation. He holds an EMBA from the University of Washington in the U.S.
