Art Hickok

Art Hickok is the US-based Administrator and Corporate Secretary of the Romanian-American Foundation. He is a corporate attorney with over 20 years experience in finance. Previously, he was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, a leading global law firm. At Sidley, Mr. Hickok represented clients in a variety of financing transactions and advised on commercial and compliance issues. Prior to joining Sidley Austin, Mr. Hickok served as a Law Clerk for Judge Frank Easterbrook, US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He earned his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School and his Bachelor’s Degree from Princeton University. He is admitted to the Bar in New York.
