Suzana Dobre

Suzana Dobre is the RAF President. Suzana joined the Foundation in 2011 as Program Director for educational initiatives and, until November 2025, she held the position of Vice-President for Strategy and Programs. She has extensive knowledge of the non-profit sector as she has been involved in the field since 1994. Before joining RAF team, for more than 8 years she held executive positions in prestigious Romanian think-tanks and NGOs. Also for three years, she was a consultant for European institutions in grant-making for Romanian non-profits. Ms. Dobre holds an MSc degree from London School of Economics and Political Science.
