Nicoleta Mănescu

Nicoleta is a professional with experience in the non-governmental sector, both in project implementation and in program funding management. She implemented, evaluated and monitored various projects in the socio-medical, local development, educational, and professional training fields. Before joining the RAF team, she worked as a project manager at the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation and as a project officer at the Romanian Social Development Fund.She carried out research, advocacy and scaling initiatives at the national level. The socio-medical services initiated in the projects she worked on were adopted by the public institution partners and integrated into their own structure.

She has a degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Social and Health Services Management from the University of Bucharest.
