Oleg Moraru oversees RAF\u2019s Rural Economy programs and the Program-Related Investments (PRI). Prior to joining RAF, Oleg was the CEO of Goodbee Credit IFN, a member of Erste Group, specialized in microlending and social impact.<\/p>\n
He has worked for Patria Credit for over a decade, initially as a Credit Manager, advancing to \u00a0Network Manager and then to CEO. His expertise includes microlending, business development, credit risk, training.<\/p>\n
Prior to his work at Patria, Oleg worked as a Regional Consultant, Credit Manager and Manager for the German-Romanian Fund, a program financed by KfW through the Ministry of Finance, and as Head of Small Business Banking for Bancpost.<\/p>\n
