Adrian-Eugen Ionescu

Adrian Ionescu has extensive experience in international development, specializing in policy advice on political, administrative and fiscal aspects of democratization and decentralization, fiscal management, transparency and accountability. He is currently a Senior Adviser on Local Development and Decentralization for UNDP Ukraine, having worked previously as an advisor for UNDP in Moldova, as well as for the Open Society Institute and the Soros Foundation in Romania. Mr. Ionescu holds a Master of Science Degree from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a MBA in International Financial Management from the Romanian-Canadian MBA program administrated by the University of Quebec, Montreal.
